All entries include lunch & cart. Entries received after May 30th are $65 for IAMB Members and $105 for Non-members.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made by June 5, 2008, No refunds will be given after that date. cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee and will not be processed up to 30 days after the tournament.
